H.H Sheikha Fatima Bint Mubarak Excellence and Community Intelligence Program includes annual awards set for families and individuals of all community categories and age groups (childhood, youth, family, husbands, wives, grandfathers, grandmothers and the elderly), as well as institutions and bodies that offer or support family and community projects. This Program is characterized by its focus on community intelligence which can be defined as the ability to interact with community issues and challenges to transform them into opportunities for development and change towards a better future, and to respond to all variables affecting the community environment through the creative investment of all possibilities to devise effective community remedies and solutions that help improve the quality of the life and well-being of communities

Under the directives of Sheikha Fatima bint Mubarak, the 'Sheikha Fatima Program for Excellence' launches its eighth edition.

بتوجيهات سموّ الشيخة فاطمة بنت مبارك، رئيسة الاتحاد النسائي العام، رئيسة المجلس الأعلى للأمومة والطفولة، الرئيس الأعلى لمؤسسة التنمية الأسرية «أم الإمارات»، يُطلق «برنامج سموّ الشيخة فاطمة بنت مبارك للتميُّز والذكاء المجتمعي»، الذي تُشرف عليه مؤسسة التنمية الأسرية، دورته الثامنة مواصلاً مسيرته الريادية في تمكين الأفراد والمؤسسات، وتحفيز الابتكار المجتمعي، وتعزيز روح المبادرة والمواطنة الإيجابية، ما يُسهم في بناء مجتمع معرفي متماسك ومستدام. تحمل الدورة الثامنة من «برنامج سموّ الشيخة فاطمة بنت مبارك للتميُّز والذكاء المجتمعي» طابعاً متجددّاً بفكرٍ مبتكرٍ ورؤية ملهمة تستشرف مستقبل العمل المجتمعي، وتواكب التحولات المتسارعة، لتحفيز الطاقات المبدعة لدى الأفراد والمؤسسات، ما يرسِّخ دور البرنامج منصة رائدة لصناعة التغيير الإيجابي، وتقديم نماذج ملهمة تعكس قيم الإمارات في التميُّز والريادة والعطاء المجتمعي. وقال سموّ الشيخ ذياب بن محمد بن زايد آل نهيان، نائب رئيس ديوان الرئاسة للشؤون التنموية وأسر الشهداء، رئيس اللجنة العليا للبرنامج: «إنَّ البرنامج يجسِّد رؤية سموّ الشيخة فاطمة بنت مبارك (أم الإمارات) في تعزيز ثقافة التميُّز كنهجٍ مستدامٍ للتنمية المجتمعية، من خلال اكتشاف الطاقات الواعدة، ودعم المبادرات المبتكرة، وتكريم النماذج الملهمة التي تُسهم بفاعلية في خدمة المجتمع، وترسيخ القيم الإنسانية النبيلة، بما يعزِّز التلاحم المجتمعي ويرتقي بجودة الحياة في دولة الإمارات». وأشاد سموّه بالدور الكبير الذي يؤدّيه البرنامج تحت رعاية سموّ الشيخة فاطمة بنت مبارك «أم الإمارات» في النهوض بالمجتمعات، سيراً على نهج الدولة في نشر ثقافة الابتكار وترسيخ مفهوم الذكاء المجتمعي عبر إبراز العديد من المشروعات التي ترسِّخ مكانة الدولة على الصعيدين العلمي والتكنولوجي، لافتاً إلى أنَّ البرنامج يحتكم إلى العديد من القيم المشتركة المتمثّلة في النزاهة والريادة والابتكار والتلاحم المجتمعي والمسؤولية التي تعزِّز مفاهيم الولاء والمشاركة في الأنشطة المجتمعية والعمل الإنساني.

Her Highness Sheikha Fatima bint Mubarak approved the structure of the 8th Supreme Committee for the H.H Sheikha Fatima Bint Mubarak Excellence and Community Intelligence Program, Chaired by Theyab bin Mohamed bin Zayed, with Major General Mohammed bin Tahnoon as Vice-Chairman. ABU DHABI, 28th December, WAM / H.H. Sheikh Theyab bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Chief of the Abu Dhabi Crown Prince's Court, chaired the first meeting of the Higher Committee of the "HH Sheikha Fatima bint Mubarak Program for Excellence and Community Intelligence," which was recently formed by a decision of Her Highness Sheikha Fatima bint Mubarak. Chairwoman of the General Women's Union, President of the Supreme Council for Motherhood and Childhood, and Supreme Chairwoman of the Family Development Foundation "Mother of the Nation".
